  • Developing awareness of your state of mind in potentially overwhelming situations - and how to shift to feeling calm
  • In-the-moment systems for getting re-centered - and staying there
  • Ceative, practical tools and tips for maintaining peace and strength throughout your day - even when things are 'out of control'
  • Clear your mind and your body from old patterns that don't serve you
  • How to refresh you interactions with the ones you love, your work, and your family

 

You will leave with a practical toolkit full of 'in the moment' strategies you can use throughout your day to help you regroup, recharge and reenergize you when you need it the most.

Weekend Details

Location: The South Thompson Inn & Guest Ranch (click here for more information)

When: Friday, October 14th, 7:00pm -- Sunday, October 16th, 11:30am

Cost: $397/person shared accommodation or $497/person for a private room

Includes: Daily yoga classes, 4 workshops, 2 night's accommodation (single or shared), healthy and delicious meals & snacks

Nightly Activities: Surprise fun activities to help you anchor the concepts learned and further revitalize you
